The site

Tooth Restoration TX is an independent publication. We are not a dental practice and cannot answer questions about your own teeth.

There is no contact form or phone number on this site. If you need a dentist, the resources on this page are the fastest route to real help.

Tooth Restoration TX is an independent publication about dental implants, tooth restoration and dental care, with guides for six Texas cities and an archive of articles. If something on the site is wrong, out of date or missing a piece of context that changes the meaning, this is the place to say so.

What we are, and what we are not

We do not treat anyone, quote for treatment, book appointments, or pass a visitor’s details to a practice that does. There is no phone number on this site because it does not take calls.

If you need a dentist now

This is general information rather than advice about your own teeth. A knocked-out tooth, uncontrolled bleeding or facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing is an emergency: call 911 or go to an emergency department.

  • For a lost crown or filling, a loose implant crown or pain after a procedure, call the practice that did the work. Most practices keep same-day slots for these.
  • To check that a dentist is licensed in Texas, use the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners’ license lookup.
  • The dental schools in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas and El Paso run patient clinics, which are often the lowest-cost route to a crown, a bridge or an implant.

What is on this site

The six city guides carry most of it: Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Fort Worth and El Paso. The articles are on the blog, and there is more about the site.
